Interest Groups and Activities


Congregation Choir

Open to all singers, the Fellowship Choir sings at select Sunday services and rehearses from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Thursdays, September through mid-June. Anyone who enjoys singing is welcome to join. No experience or musical ability is required. If interested, just come to a rehearsal.


The Men’s Group

All men are invited to attend gatherings for discussions on a wide range of topics affecting men, in a mutually supportive environment. Meetings are announced in the newsletter.  Contact: Bob Nuytkens


The Book Discussion Group

The book group meets once a month, more or less, at someone’s home. Books are chosen at each meeting by the participants. Dates for discussion are determined by the group and vary according to schedules and interest. Buddhism-Exploration Group

The Buddhism-Exploration group meets twice a month, on the first and third Sunday evenings at 6-7:30 pm. We  investigate themes such as Ultimate Reality and spontaneous love and compassion. There are presentations of teachings by Buddhist lineage masters as well as spiritual teachers from a broad philosophical and psychological perspective. The programs include guided meditation and recorded talks or readings from books that appeal to a wide audience. There will be experience sharing in a supportive environment. All are welcome.
